A re-enactment of the most famous medieval battle for Malbork!
The organiser of the night re-enactments, the Malbork City Hall and the Malbork Centre for Culture and Education, invite you to the performances directed by Aleksander Krempeć, to be held on von Plauen’s ramparts.
The re-enactment refers to the events of 1410, when the Polish-Lithuanian army led by King Władysław Jagiełło stormed the Malbork fortress. What was the further course of events of this unforgettable battle? Did the Teutonic Order manage to repel the king’s attack? We will see it in the light of torches as we are transported into the medieval atmosphere of the show…
As in the old days, knights will set up camp near the castle. During the day there will be knightly duels and many medieval demonstrations and workshops. It will also be possible to take a tour of the castle. Due to the daily limit, we recommend purchasing tickets online at. www.bilety.zamek.malbork.pl
The re-enactment will conclude with a fireshow performed by the Group Kolektyw Artystów z Całej Polski, directed by Sebastian Frodyma, who has been producing shows for 14 years, a semi-finalist of the show Mam talent! ( the Polish version of the Got Talent series) and a finalist in New Circus competitions.
Written and directed by: Aleksander Krempeć
