The Castle Museum in Malbork is an absolutely unique place and a great place to work. It administers three medieval castles, including one inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Our team currently consists of nearly 150 people working in three castles: in Malbork, Kwidzyn and Sztum.

We are a team of enthusiasts and we are happy that we can feel the atmosphere of this unique place every day. Together, we work on the continuous development of our competences and implement a number of research, cultural, educational and exhibition projects. We are an interdisciplinary team, we work together and thanks to the commitment of each person we carry out the mission of the Museum.

MZM tells the story of the castles in Malbork, Kwidzyn and Sztum and protects the cultural heritage associated with them.

The atmosphere of the castle spaces is unique – it is an inspiration in itself. We believe that our workplaces, their history and architecture give us a unique base, but the most important thing at work is the atmosphere we create. We respect each other and we know that diversity is our strength.
