Database

The Database of Post-Teutonic Material Heritage (DPTMH) is the first collection of conservation documentation related to castles, churches, urban architecture, and other sites with a rich history in this region — not only in Poland. It includes numerous sites and objects (both movable and immovable), as well as documentation with summaries and downloadable PDF catalogues containing all available information.

DPTMH is a research tool developed, updated, and maintained by the Center for Research on Post-Teutonic Heritage. It contains historical and conservation data on monuments dating from the 18th century to the present day, many of which are scattered and therefore difficult to access. The database is intended for professionals and students involved in museum work, historical research, and heritage management.

We are developing an interactive map that will allow users to search for desired locations. The map will be regularly maintained and updated by the staff of the Research Center and the Castle Museum in Malbork.
