TOWER
The Castle Tower is open to visitors from June 18 to September 15, 2024. Entries are available from Tuesday to Sunday in 20-person groups, every 15 minutes, accompanied by a guide daily from 11:00 am to 6:15 pm.
Tickets are available for purchase at the tower entrance:
a) Normal ticket – 15 PLN
b) Reduced ticket – 12 PLN
c) Children up to 7 years old – free entry, a “0” ticket must be obtained at the tower’s ticket office.
Tower Tour Regulations
1. Visiting the tower takes place daily from 11:00 to 18:30.
2. Entry to the tower is allowed only in the company of a guide, in groups no larger than 20 people.
3. The tour takes approximately 30 minutes.
4. Visitors are required to exercise particular caution and comply with the following regulations:
– Strict adherence to the guide’s instructions,
– Strict compliance of right-hand traffic, especially when entering the tower stairs,
– Strict adherence to information on warning signs.
5. Adult guardians of children and adolescents are required to exercise special supervision regarding safety during the tower tour.
The Malbork Castle Museum reserves the right not to be held responsible for accidents resulting from violation of the above regulations of the tower tour
