Progress of construction works in the Outskirts

How are the construction works in the Outskirts of the castle complex in Malbork progressing? Sylwia Kozłowska, the investor’s supervision inspector and chief construction specialist of the Malbork Castle Museum, talks about the stage of construction works six months before the planned completion of construction and conservation works in the facilities. 

The works are carried out as part of the project “Reconstruction of historic farm buildings on the outskirts of the castle in Malbork, including their adaptation to cultural and educational functions.” The project involves carrying out conservation and construction works of historic farm buildings in the outer bailey of the Malbork castle and adapting them to cultural and educational functions (library, conservation workshop, digitization studio and Research on Teutonic Heritage).
