The Siege of Malbork 2024 – Day 3

The third and final day of the Siege of Malbork is behind us. Today we continued with the Medieval Fair, educational workshops, siege machine demonstrations and an archery and crossbow tournament.

A unique event on the final day was the Knights’ Mass, held in the moat between the High and Middle Castles. It was conducted by Rev. Paweł Dąbrowski. The mass was modelled on masses from medieval times, so a part of the rite took place in Latin. The priest entered the moat accompanied by archers. The Chivalric Mass is now a tradition of the Siege and has been held consistently for many years.

This year the Siege is coming to an end, but we already invite you to the next edition!
