As part of the ongoing temporary exhibition Christoph Maucher. An amber casket full of secrets and a scientific project A Technological Study of the Christoph Maucher Casket, the most Valuable Amber Exhibit from the Collections of the Malbork Castle Museum
we invite you to a series of meetings around the casket.
The meetings are popular science lectures conducted by experienced amber researchers representing various fields of science, including art historians, chemists, conservators, artists and university lecturers. Some of the speakers are members of the International Amber Association.
The first two meetings are scheduled to take place on 25 and 27 June to mark World Amber Day.
