ZAMEK 26 drills – difficulties during sightseeing

Due to the organization of the defense exercise “Zamek 26,” which will take place on May 25, 2026, at the Malbork Castle Museum, temporary disruptions to sightseeing may occur.

The exercise is being carried out in cooperation with emergency and public order services and aims to improve safety levels and enhance response procedures in crisis situations.

A simulated threat scenario will include the use of blank ammunition shots, coordinated with the Police Headquarters.

On this day, the Castle Grounds Route will be open to visitors from 2:00 PM. In the morning and late morning hours, access to certain parts of the site may be limited or completely restricted.
